Our mission
We believe girls and women deserve equal access to opportunity.
We can be strong and beautiful.
We can succeed as long as we believe
Historically wrestling, jiujitsu, and MMA have been male dominated sports. We provide our athletes with financial barriers or lack of support, with resources, proper training equipment, and mentorship through community building and networking. We know all are capable of achieving great success and we strive to make those dreams a reality.
We empower our athletes to express their true authentic self and discover their potential and achieve their goals through a guided and supportive network together.

Gender Disparities in sports
Wrestling is one of the fastest growing sports in the U.S. with a 102% increase in HS girls participation in 2023-2024. However, there remains stark disparities in the training, education, injury prevention, weight management, physical and mental support for female athletes.
Jiujitsu growth has exponentially increased worldwide. It has captured the attention of many female athletes who have uniquely adapted flexibility and evolved the style of the sport to be advantageous for smaller and differently built body types. Its incorporation of multiple martial arts makes it an attractive sport. However, many girls and women are discouraged from pursuing the sport due to discrimination, safety, financial, and lack community.
Women’s participation and involvement in mixed martial arts (MMA) has exploded. You will recall it was only 2012 when women were allowed to compete in Olympic boxing and it wasn’t until 2013 when UFC debuted the first female division. Despite the growing engagement, women combat social norms and discrimination that prevent them from achieving their goals.
